It includes a small kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, a bathroom, lots of windows, and lots of parking and VERY conveniently located just off Hwy 40 near RTP.

Our Community Event Room accommodates up 25 or 30 folks for a party setting, and 50 folks for a concert setting.

We host all on-site parties and classes, and playshops in this space.

We also rent our facility for use appropriate to our business mission. Contact us for rates. We offer non-profit rates.
